Headwaters Assisted Living is an eight resident, Category A home in a country setting just outside Great Falls, MT near the Missouri River. We provide a beautiful scenic view and living arrangements made to feel like home. At Headwaters, we treat every resident like family. We offer furnished or unfurnished rooms, depending on your needs. We have single occupancy rooms, as well as double rooms for couples. Wildlife including deer and turkey frequent the yard. We accept Montana Medicaid Waivers as well as private pay.
